Warm up- lunges, squats, arm circles and 8M 1/1 kbell warm up swing, clean, jerk and snatch
Exercise: "The Trifecta" consists of 3 exercises, the clean, 1/2 snatch and squat. Start light and go heavier. 1 minute per arm, per bell.
